Supermodel Christie Brinkley is trying again to sell her Bridgehampton estate, Tower Hill, which her real estate agent confirms is on the market for $30 million.

The 20-acre property includes a four-bedroom, five-bathroom gambrel-style house, which is built around a 100-year-old, 50-foot observation tower and has views of Connecticut, the Atlantic Ocean and "the curvature of the earth," says Enzo Morabito of Douglas Elliman Real Estate. The home, built on “475 tons of local rock,” comes with a barn/art studio, home gym, pool, tennis court, greenhouse conservatory, organic garden, sledding hill, pond, four-car heated garage and four-bedroom guesthouse, according to the real estate listing and a representative for Brinkley. The compound’s total area is more than 11,000 square feet.

"It's spectacular," Morabito says of the home. "It's like walking into Hollywood. She has all sorts of memorabilia from her career. It's like a kaleidoscope of her life."

Brinkley has had the home --- built in 1891 by the Gardiner family of Gardiners Island and which she has restored --- on and off the market since 2002 at asking prices starting at $25 million. She has lived there 18 years, her assistant tells Newsday.

After her well-publicized split with ex-husband and Hamptons architect Peter Cook, Brinkley listed the house in 2007 for the same asking price of $30 million. At the time, her listing agent with the Corcoran Group told Newsday: "There has been some activity. We've had a couple of good showings."

In 2008, leading up to Brinkley's divorce trial with Cook, Newsday reported that Tower Hill was not in dispute, although "some items inside it" were.

It was last on the market in 2010 for $30 million. At the time, Brinkley told Newsday through an assistant of her decision not to sell anymore: "Each time anyone showed interest, I would think, where else can you snowboard and cross-country ski? Find frogs in the pond? Roast marshmallows 'round the campfire? Swing from the grand old trees? Grow veggies in winter in a greenhouse? Grow sweet organic corn in the summer? Swim, play tennis or paint in an art studio? And catch every rainbow and sunset from your own romantic tower? Tower Hill is a lifestyle as much as a home sweet home for my entire extended family."

Brinkley owns this property and another in North Haven on Sag Harbor, Morabito says. "She decided she would rather be on the water," he says.

Brinkley, 62, who has three children, including daughter, Alexa, with ex-husband, Billy Joel, is "prepping for life as an empty nester," her assistant says in a statement.

She "will move into her 4-1/2 acre dream home on the water in Sag Harbor, as her last child to leave home [Sailor] heads off to college in New York City, where her two other children, Jack and Alexa, already reside," he goes on to say.
