East Hampton Point, a 5-acre complex on Three Mile Harbor that includes a restaurant, hotel and marina with 58 boat slips, is on the market for $29 million.

This is the third time the resort, a popular wedding venue, has been on the market. It came on the market in 2006 for $55 million and was listed in 2009 for $34 million.

Anthony Cerio of Brown Harris Stevens, who is co-listing the property with Mitchel Natter and Jared Schiavoni, says there are interested buyers looking to bring in big names to run both the restaurant and the marina.

“We have investors interested in the property with two brands for the restaurants in mind and two big boat brands to run the marina and use it as a showcase for their products,” Cerio says. “We have some big names that I can’t mention that would really turn it around. It’s going to be something different.”

The hotel portion of the property has 13 cottages and seven suites, and there’s also a heated swimming pool and tennis court. The restaurant is decorated with the owner’s 18-foot sailboat.
