Beach lovers, how sweet would it be to have a stretch of sand to call your own? Well, for a cool $67,000, it can happen.

That’s the asking price for a beach lot with rights on the western side of the Lloyd Neck peninsula, which overlooks Long Island Sound. The lot, which is not buildable, is a quarter-acre with 21 feet of waterfront.

“It’s an opportunity to have your own getaway to a private beach in a very exclusive part of Long Island,” says listing agent Janine Gleusner of Signature Premier Properties in Cold Spring Harbor. Gleusner also points out it’s a nice spot to fish and clam.
