Built in the early 1900s, the home on Huntington Harbor has belonged to Bob and Pattie Friemann for 21 years. Bob Friemann says the couple is downsizing to a condo and will depart with great reluctance.
“To be honest with you, when we decided to put it on the market, we had lots of second thoughts,” he says. “It’s like being on vacation all the time.”
The 0.82-acre property lies within the gated community of Wincoma, whose homeowners association owns several acres of waterfront property, including a private beach and barbecue area. But the next owners won’t have to leave home to have fun, Friemann notes, listing the 31-by-24-foot waterfront deck and a 35,000-gallon backyard fish pond.
