Retired NBA star Jason Kidd left New York last year after he landed a new coaching gig with the Milwaukee Bucks, and now he's passing his Hamptons home to a new owner.
The Water Mill house is in contract. It was first listed last fall for just under $8 million, but was most recently listed for $6.795 million by Matthew Breitenbach of Douglas Elliman Real Estate.
The price included the furniture. The Corcoran Group's Mala Sander brought the buyer, whom the firm would not reveal.
The almost two-acre property includes a 7,800-square-foot main house with a finished lower level, which has a popcorn machine and a snow-cone maker, as well as a 1,250-square-foot carriage house, pool house and tennis pavilion.
Other sports facilities at the former Brooklyn Nets coach's home include a basketball court and a putting green.
