"They put in all-new windows, all-new sliding glass doors, and it really brings nature inside," says listing agent Kathryn "Cottie" Maxwell Pournaras of Daniel Gale Sotheby's International Realty.
The house has a new roof, heating system and hardwood floors, which Pournaras says blend seamlessly with the older floors.
