CBS News 2 anchor Maurice DuBois is in contract to sell his Quogue home, according to real estate records.
The 4,712-square-foot, 2004 postmodern was listed in September for $2.599 million with the Enzo Morabito Team at Douglas Elliman Real Estate.
The five-bedroom, 5½-bathroom house is on an acre with a heated pool and a tennis court.
