“It’s good for one person to move in there, or even a couple,” says listing agent Nancy Wascura of Coach Realtors. “If you were to rebuild and if you raise it up, you would get spectacular views of the harbor.”
The property has been in the same family since 1959, Wascura says. The family also owned a six-family apartment building on the same street that once served as a yacht club. That property sold in 2016 for $1.1 million.
