Old Field home where Britney Spears stays is for sale
The waterfront Old Field house belonging to pop star Britney Spears' future in-laws is on the market for $2.485 million.
Spears stays at the home with her sons when she visits New York, most recently at Christmastime, says William Trawick, whose son, Jason, is engaged to “The X Factor” judge.
Trawick, the president of a national buying organization who is selling the home with his wife, Susan, a retired teacher, says a picture of the oft-photographed couple hangs in the master bedroom.
The two-acre property overlooks Conscience Bay. The home, which has been completely renovated, has five bedrooms and 5.5 baths. The master bedroom is part of a suite that has a dressing room and a balcony, and there is a sunroom off the kitchen with its own fireplace.
The house is listed with Susan Murphy and Dawn Price of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage.
