An Old Westbury estate with multiple dwellings is on the market for just under $1.9 million.

A 500-foot-long driveway leads to a cobblestone courtyard and the Georgian-style main home, built in 1910, with four bedrooms, 3 1⁄2 bathrooms and 14-foot ceilings. The kitchen was renovated four years ago, and has a center island, granite countertops and wine cooler, says Maria Babaev of Douglas Elliman Real Estate, who is listing the property with Elyse Saltsberg.

The 4.2-acre property comes with a two-bedroom, two bathroom guest house with a living room, kitchenette and connected greenhouse and a heated four-car garage beneath a one-bedroom apartment. There’s also a rectangular gunite pool.
