FRATERNAL TWINS. Two adjoining seven-acre Lattingtown properties, each featuring a brick Colonial with a four-car garage, gunite pool and Har-Tru tennis court, are available together as a $12.999 million two-family compound or separately for $6.999 million apiece.

The homes are similar. “They’re fraternal twins, not identical twins,” says Suzanne Wehren, of Shawn Elliott Luxury Homes & Estates, who is listing the property with Paul Johnson. Both houses have walkout lower levels with media rooms, saunas, gyms, bars and entertaining areas.

One home is 8,355 square feet, and is slightly more traditional than its sibling, she says. It has six bedrooms, six bathrooms and two half-bathrooms. There are “fabulous balconies from the master bedroom and bath overlooking the beautiful backyard,” Wehren says.

The other home is 9,000 square feet and has “more of a contemporary flair, and a beautiful vista from the second story to the pond,” she says. That one has seven bedrooms, six bathrooms and two half-bathrooms.
