Stuart’s Seafood Market in Amagansett, a property that comes with two homes, is on the market for the first time in 20 years. It is listed for $6.995 million.

The owners of Stuart’s are ready to retire, says Tracey Holmes of The Corcoran Group, who is co-listing the property with Randi Ball.

The company used to have a full catering arm and now only does lobster and clam bakes, using a two-story, 8,500-square-foot building that features a large commercial kitchen, fish and lobster tanks and an industrial ice maker, along with storage and office space.

“There’s a lot of potential to expand this business,” Holmes says.

The property comes with a three-bedroom, two-bathroom home and a two-bedroom, one-bathroom home. The houses cannot be subdivided from the property.
