“People always say they like this yard. I love to keep it neat and manicured, and there are some great plantings here. It’s completely fenced in, with gates on each side of the house.
The backyard is very peaceful. There’s an oversized patio with plenty of room for a pool. It’s very private back there. The neighborhood is terrific and the neighbors are all very nice.
"There are two enormous skylights in the den, where there’s also a wood-burning fireplace. I also have a formal living room and a formal dining room. The living room goes from the front of the house to the back.
"Half of the basement is finished. There’s a workshop and laundry room on the unfinished side, and there’s plenty of storage in the laundry room.
I always liked Colonials and really loved this house when I first saw it years ago.”
