Beyoncé, Oprah among Forbes' most powerful women
Forbes magazine has named the most powerful women in the world for the past nine years, and like the rest of their lists, this year's does not disappoint. Forbes describes its list as an "annual snapshot of women who impact the world." Those who met the criteria include Beyoncé, Oprah Winfrey, Lady Gaga, Shakira, Angelina Jolie, Gisele Bündchen, Sofia Vergara, Ellen DeGeneres and Jennifer Lopez. Oprah, of course, owns Harpo Productions and founded The Oprah Winfrey Leadership Academy for Girls in South Africa. Beyoncé, 30, runs her House of Dereon clothing line, among other things.
How tweet it is
On Tuesday, the day after Demi Lovato's 20th birthday, ex-boyfriend Wilmer Valderrama tweeted, "Feliz Cumpleaños to my angel @ddlovato, U continue 2 make me proud. U are the hero this generation it's been waiting 4! With & by you always." That's a pretty intense birthday wish for an ex! Demi replied to Wilmer, 32, with an equally intense tweet: "@WValderrama You are amazing . . . Thank you so much love. You mean the world to me."
