Anthony Bourdain, Ottavia Busia split after 9 years

Chef and TV personality Anthony Bourdain and his wife of nine years, Ottavia Busia, have separated, multiple media outlets confirmed Monday.

Bourdain, 60, whose CNN program “Anthony Bourdain: Parts Unknown” recently won the 2016 Emmy Award for Outstanding Informational Series or Special, and Busia, a mixed martial arts fighter in her late 30s, married on April 20, 2007, shortly after the April 9 birth of their only child, daughter Ariane.

Bourdain, whose series have included Travel Channel’s “Anthony Bourdain: No Reservations,” was married from 1985 to 2005 to his high-school sweetheart, Nancy Putkoski.
