Former “The Hills” reality-show star Audrina Patridge and her husband of 10 months, professional BMX rider Corey Bohan, are divorcing.

TMZ.com reported Thursday that Patridge, 32, filed for divorce on Wednesday. Her representative told the website, “Audrina’s No. 1 priority is her daughter,” and reiterated to People magazine, “Audrina’s No. 1 concern is for her daughter and she asks for privacy at this time.”

The two had an on-and-off relationship that started in 2008 and survived an on-screen breakup on the spinoff show “Audrina” in 2011. Their daughter, Kirra Max, was born on June 24, 2016, and the couple married in November.

In court documents obtained by TMZ, Patridge alleges that Bohan, 35, born in Brisbane, Australia, had behaved irrationally over the summer. He threatened suicide in July, she claims, and when she accused him of infidelity the following month, he pushed her while she was holding Kirra, then began hitting himself in the head.

Matters escalated, according to the filing, and on Sept. 15, child protective services met with Patridge at her home. Last weekend, the filing continued, the couple had a verbal confrontation when Bohan followed her onstage at a beauty event where she was a panelist. A temporary restraining order against him was granted on Monday, the documents said.

As recently as Aug. 7, the couple and their daughter appeared to be a happy family, posing together poolside in a Twitter photo Patridge captioned, “Sunday funday at our home away from home @PaseaHotel #VansUSOpen.”

Neither Patridge nor Bohan has commented publicly.
