Actress Danielle Fishel, who reprises her 1990s role as Topanga Lawrence in the upcoming "Boy Meets World" sequel "Girl Meets World," married her fiance Tim Belusko on Saturday.

Us Weekly reports that the two were wed at downtown Los Angeles' Vibiana, the former Cathedral of St. Vibiana that was converted to a wedding hall in the late 2000s. "10/19/13 was one of the most amazing days of my life.," Fishel, 32, tweeted Sunday. "The love in the room was palpable and overwhelming in the best way possible."

Us said Fishel hoped to honeymoon in Maui before production begins on her new Disney Channel series, in which she and former co-star Ben Savage, reprising his role of Cory Matthews, play the parents of a teenage daughter.

Fishel has said on her blog that she met Belusko while she was serving as a math tutor at California State University-Fullerton, which she began attending at age 27. She told Maxim in April: "We met four years ago and got engaged last May. When he did it I dropped down to my knees and cried." She added: "What I noticed first about my fiance was a Mortal Kombat tattoo on his calf. I'm not a huge tattoo person, but I loved it. I actually have two of my own, which I would get laser-removed but I'm afraid that they'll look weird."

The Orange County born-and-bred Belusko, who joined Deschutes Brewery in summer 2012 as a sales representative, comes from a family with a long history in the beer industry, said a company news release.

Fishel has a memoir, "Normally, This Would Be Cause for Concern: Tales of Calamity and Unrelenting Awkwardness," scheduled for publication next year by the Simon & Schuster imprint Gallery Books.
