Acclaimed stand-up comic Dave Chappelle will perform a residency throughout August at Radio City Music Hall.
MSG Entertainment said Monday that Chappelle, 43, would be joined by co-headliners including The Roots, Chris Rock, Erykah Badu, Trevor Noah, Childish Gambino and Ali Wong.
Tickets for the shows, which run Aug. 1-5, 9, 15, 18-19 and 24, go on sale Friday at 10 a.m. Chappelle sold out 10 consecutive performances at Radio City in 2014, a total of 60,000 tickets.
The comic, who had kept his career low key for years since ending his Emmy-nominated Comedy Central sketch series “Chappelle’s Show” in 2006, ranks No. 6 in Forbes magazine’s current list of highest earning comedians.
