Derek Hough hints at sister Julianne's wedding destination

Siblings Derek and Julianne Hough apparently have discussed her wedding plans since she got engaged to hockey player Brooks Laich on Aug. 18. The "Dancing With the Stars" pro gushed about his sister's engagement to People during the Television Academy Cocktail Reception for Outstanding Choreography in Beverly Hills on Sunday.

Though Hough, 30, wouldn't say where the wedding would occur, he did drop a few hints. "I have an idea where it's going to be . . . something outdoors, in nature," he said. "Sentimental. Something special to us."

He also said that he's known immediately that his sister, 27, and Laich, 32, were destined to get married. "It was one of those things where it was instant and that smile and glow she's had hasn't dimmed ever since she met [him]," he said. "That's a special thing."

Payne's birthday gift

Liam Payne, who turned 22 on Saturday, gave himself a special birthday present. The One Direction singer showed off two new tattoos on his right arm while out celebrating a friend's bachelor party at The Biergarten in Manhattan on Sunday.

Aside from the new tats, it looks like Payne found another way to celebrate. Payne shared a photo of an intricately designed Harry Potter birthday cake he got.
