Don Rickles’ California beach house on market for $7.9M, report says

The California beach house of comedy legend Don Rickles, who died April 6 at age 90, is up for sale.
The website TopTenRealEstateDeals.com reported that Rickles and his wife Barbara had put the home in Malibu’s Point Dume neighborhood on the market shortly before his death. Built in 1968, the four-bedroom, five-bath, 3,421-square-foot house has a living-room fireplace, ocean views and an outdoor deck with barbecue. The one-acre property includes a swimming pool, a spa and a tennis court, and comes with private, keyed beach access. The sales price is $7.995 million.
Point Dume has also been home to such stars as Julie Andrews, Johnny Carson, Cher, Dick Clark, Robert Duvall and Rob Lowe, the site said.
