Giada De Laurentiis divorce finalized

The divorce of celebrity chef and Food Network star Giada De Laurentiis and her husband, fashion designer Todd Thompson, has been finalized.

People magazine reports that according to divorce documents it obtained, the split after 11 years of marriage became official as of last week.

Thompson, 52, will keep the couple's $3.2 million house in Pacific Palisades, California, and the two will share custody of their daughter, 7-year-old Jade Marie, the magazine said.

The celebrity chef also will pay her ex-husband child support of $9,000 a month, the magazine reported.

In December, De Laurentiis, 45, had announced the couple's decision to divorce after having separated amicably in July 2014.
