After onstage duets at a DirecTV party in New Orleans on Super Bowl weekend and again at the Grammy Awards, Justin Timberlake and Jay-Z may be planning to embark on a stadium tour together this summer.

Rolling Stone reported Tuesday that the two are planning a tour of 11 to 13 stadium dates. The report followed a tweet from Timberlake's representatives on the singer's Twitter page Sunday, reading, "Big news coming out after Justin's Grammys performance. Stay tuned or you'll miss it!"

Rapper and music producer Jay-Z appeared as a guest at Timberlake's New Orleans show, where the duo sang Timberlake's new single "Suit & Tie." They reprised the song at the Grammys.

Released in mid-January in advance of Timberlake's new album, "The 20/20 Experience," due out March 19, it peaked at No. 4 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.

The New Orleans show was Timberlake's first solo concert in years. He had done a worldwide tour in 2007 in support of his previous album, "FutureSex / LoveSounds," before taking a hiatus from music to concentrate on acting.

After having already appeared in films including "Black Snake Moan" and "Southland Tales" (both 2007), he went on to movies including "Bad Teacher," "Friends with Benefits" and "In Time" (all 2011), as well as "The Social Network" (2010), directed by David Fincher, who directed the "Suit & Tie" music video.

Jay-Z toured in 2009 in support of his album "The Blueprint 3" and opened Brooklyn's Barclays Center with eight sold-out shows in September and October.
