Actress Kate Hudson’s ex-husband, The Black Crowes frontman Chris Robinson, is seeking to have the custody agreement for their 13-year-old son Ryder re-evaluated.

E! News said Tuesday that in documents filed in a California court, Robinson, 50, and Hudson, 37, whose films include “Almost Famous” and “Fool’s Gold,” have agreed that an evaluator will investigate and issue a report regarding legal and physical custody issues, including visitation.

Hudson and Robinson were married on New Year’s Eve 2000, and separated in August 2006, with their divorce finalized in October the following year. Hudson also has a 5-year-old son, Bingham, with her former fiance, Muse rocker Matthew Bellamy.
