Lindsay Lohan just entered Los Angeles Superior Court for a hearing to determine whether the actress has violated the terms of her probation. If so, the "Mean Girls" star faces 180 days in jail.

Among those attending the hearing will be Lindsay's estranged father, Michael Lohan. He told TMZ.com Sunday he'll be with his attorney, Lisa Bloom, and will ask to address the court should Revel order jail time.

Lindsay, who turned 24 on Friday, seems outwardly unconcerned about the possibility of being behind bars, the site said Monday. An unnamed source told TMZ that Lohan's lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, "will just fix this like everything else. . . . It's no big deal to [Lohan], even though she totally believes Judge Revel hates her guts."

The holiday weekend leading to this was eventful for Lohan, according to tabloid reports. The actress was spotted celebrating her birthday with British rugby star Danny Cipriani, and according to TMZ is also in a relationship, either friendship or more, with Eilat Anschel, an attractive young brunette whom the site says recently completed her mandatory stint in the Israeli Defense Force.

Unnamed "friends" told TMZ that Anschel, whom Lohan met some time ago, was a "shoulder to cry on" after Revel in May ordered Lohan to wear an alcohol monitoring bracelet. But afterward, one of the anonymous friends said, it became "not the healthiest relationship in the world."
