Billy Ray Cyrus and his wife of 19 years, Tish Cyrus, are getting divorced, TMZ.com reports.
Tish Cyrus filed for divorce Thursday, citing "irreconcilable differences," according to the website, which obtained copies of the court documents. The couple have five children together, including singer/actress Miley Cyrus. Tish Cyrus is asking for spousal support and full physical and legal custody of their only minor child, Noah, 13, with visitation rights for Billy Ray Cyrus. The pair previously split three years ago, before reconciling.
"This is a personal matter and we are working to find a resolution that is in the best interest of our family," Tish said in a statement to People. "We ask that you respect our privacy at this time."
