Katarina Witt made the list of People magazine's 50 Most People Beautiful in 1990 and she posed nude for Playboy in 1998. She is now a judge on the UK TV show "Dancing On Ice."
George Foreman
Won: 1968 Olympic gold medal in the heavyweight boxing.
George Foreman is now the spokesperson for the very popular George Foreman Grill.
Oksana Baiul
Won: 1993 world champion and 1994 Olympic champion in ladies' singles for figure skating.
Oksana Baiul has appeared in the TV series "Strong Medicine," played Dorothy in the "The Wizard of Oz on Ice," and played Clara in the "Nutcracker on Ice."
Greg Louganis
Won: The gold medal in platform diving at the Summer Olympics in Los Angeles in 1984.
Greg Louganis wrote an autobiography "Breaking the Surface," where he discusses his battle with HIV. A longtime a gay rights activist, he's also starred in "Touch Me" and "Watercolors." Since 2010, Louganis has been coaching divers in the SoCal Divers Club in California.
Johnny Weir
Won: World's bronze medalist in 2008 for figure skating.
A documentary of Johnny Weir's career and life called "Pop Star on Ice" premiered in 2009. He was a judge on "Skating with the Stars" and also appeared on Kathy Griffin's "My Life on the D-List" and on MTV's "When I Was 17."

Sonja Henie became a Hollywood star, appearing in several movies including "It's a Pleasure" and "Everything Happens at Night."

Carl Lewis

Carl Lewis has been in several movies, including "Alien Hunter" and "Tournament of Dreams." Lewis also attempted to run as a Democrat for the New Jersey Senate in 2011, but didn't meet the state's requirements for candidacy.

Mark Spitz tried his luck with acting and starred in "Challenge of a Lifetime" and "Emergency!"
Mary Lou Retton
Won: All around gold medal in women's gymnastics in Los Angeles in 1984. At 16 she became the first American woman ever to win an individual Olympic Gold Medal in gymnastics.
Mary Lou Retton has appeared in several commercials, including one for Dairy Queen in 2011. She also lent her voice for an episode of Disney's "Special Agent Oso" in 2011.
Bruce Jenner
Won: The gold medal for decathlon in the Montreal 1976 Summer Olympics.
Bruce Jenner starred in the film "Can't Stop the Music" in 1980 and the TV series "CHiPs" from 1981 to 1982. He's now best known as the concerned father on E!'s reality show "Keeping Up With The Kardashians."
