'Pawn' star 'Big Hoss' jailed after fight
Big Hoss got busted in Big Bear.
Corey "Big Hoss" Harrison, the youngest of the "Pawn Stars" clan on the History channel's hit show, was "cooperative and apologetic" Monday morning, police said, following a bar fight and a night in jail.
The Las Vegas native, who is being groomed to take over the Gold & Silver Pawn Shop from granddad Richard and dad Rick, got into an altercation with a customer at Murray's Saloon and Eatery in Big Bear Lake, Calif., shortly before 10 p.m. Sunday.
"He got into a verbal argument and the security guard saw it escalating," San Bernardino County sheriff's spokeswoman Arden Wiltshire told E! News. "A deputy was in the area and was flagged down by security."
The heavy-set Harrison, 27, then "pushed a deputy and pushed a security guard at the bar," Wiltshire told the San Bernardino paper The Sun, and was charged with battery and resisting arrest.
"We did hold him for a couple hours to let him sober up and then we released him," Wiltshire said. "That's standard procedure for us." Harrison was cited and let go without bail at about 8 a.m., said E!
His lawyer disputed the police account, telling TMZ.com that the reality star felt he did nothing wrong and that Harrison refused a police request to apologize.
