Sandra Bullock's divorce from Jesse James finalized

Barely two months after filing in Austin, Texas, Sandra Bullock finalized her divorce from Jesse James Monday - though the two reportedly remain on speaking terms and James is moving his own brood to the Lone Star State's capital.

Bullock, 45, had filed her divorce petition in Travis County Court on April 23, saying the five-year marriage "has become insupportable because of discord or conflict of personalities that destroys the legitimate ends of the marriage relationship and prevents any reasonable expectations of reconciliation."

Though the couple had welcomed adopted infant Louis into their family on New Year's Day, the petition states there is no child "who was born or adopted of this marriage."

A court clerk confirmed to E! News that the divorce papers were signed at 8:30 a.m. Monday and that the documents - filed under the initials "B.A.S." (Bullock's initials backward) and "J.J.G." (James' initials with his middle name last) - were sealed.

James, 41, made headlines in March, shortly after Bullock won a best actress Academy Award for "The Blind Side," when his multiple infidelities became public.

At a custody hearing on June 18, James' attorney, John Schilling, confirmed that James, who became a reality-TV star through his Long Beach, Calif., motorcycle shop, was relocating with his children to Austin. He had first discussed this with Bullock, according to Us magazine, where an anonymous insider said, "Jesse would not relocate his family [Chandler, 15; Jesse Jr., 12; and Sunny, 6] to Austin without consulting with her. . . . This has been in the works for a while."

Schilling, without mentioning Bullock, said the move was "needed to handle business matters and other personal matters." He also said James' second wife, the former Penthouse Pet and adult-film actress Janine Lindemulder, 41, may move to Austin as well to be near her and James' daughter, Sunny. "He wants her to have a relationship with Sunny, and they are trying to work things out," Schilling added.

James told TMZ.com he plans to move to Austin at the end of July after finishing a History Channel special where he spends time on an Israeli kibbutz. He said he will work at West Coast Choppers part-time, and full-time at his Austin Speed Shop. He also said he plans to open the second Cisco Burger, the eco-friendly hamburger shop located near West Coast Choppers.
