Khloé Kardashian may not have officially deleted "Odom" from her hyphenated last name just yet, but she has done so in a very important public arena -- Twitter -- and on a very telling day: the fourth anniversary of her wedding.

Kardashian, 29, is now just "Khloé " on the social media site, though it's worth noting that her handle has always been @KhloeKardashian. The change comes days after her husband went on a Twitter rant directed at his estranged father and defending the Kardashians, calling them "the ONLY FAMILY that has loved me without expecting anything in return."

Odom, 33, currently a free agent for the NBA, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence on Aug. 30 in California's San Fernando Valley, not long after he checked himself into a rehab facility and left a day later. He is reportedly stuggling with a drug addiction that has taken a toll on his marriage.

Twitter may not always directly mirror real life, but Miley Cyrus and ex-fiancé Liam Hemsworth stopped following each other just before announcing their split -- Could Khloé and Lamar be next?
