Ellen DeGeneres released the trailer for Disney-Pixar’s upcoming sequel to “Finding Nemo” through her YouTube channel Tuesday, offering glimmers of the film’s premise and her familiar voice in the lead role.

Directed by Andrew Stanton (“Finding Nemo,” “Wall-E”), “Finding Dory” follows the adventures of Dory, the absent-minded blue tang played by DeGeneres in the original film in 2003.

The short trailer begins with Dory mumbling in her sleep and then “sleep-swimming” away from her home next to the clownfish Marlin (Albert Brooks) and his son, Nemo (played by new actor Hayden Rolence, replacing Alexander Gould, now 21, whose voice is now too deep for the role). When Dory wakes up, she begins piecing together memories that could help her locate her own family.

The trailer bills “Finding Dory” as “An unforgettable adventure she probably won’t remember.” The movie is scheduled for release June 17, 2016.
