Bob Dylan will mark his 50th anniversary as a recording artist and receiving the Presidential Medal of Freedom, the country's highest civilian honor, with a new album. Dylan plans to release "Tempest," his 35th studio album, on Sept. 11, the follow-up to his No. 1 album "Together Through Life" in 2009, which became Dylan's fifth chart-topper and the first album in his career to debut at No. 1 in America and the United Kingdom. The album will feature 10 new Dylan originals and be produced by his alter ego Jack Frost.
