LI band Taking Back Sunday hits road for tourTaking Back Sunday is hitting the road for a fall tour, taking a break from work on their sixth studio album, Newsday's Glenn Gamboa reports. The Rockville Centre-based band will wrap up the cross-country tour with a show at The Emporium in Patchogue on Nov. 7. Tickets are $29.50 and go on sale Friday at noon through Ticketfly. The tour, featuring Polar Bear Club and Transit as openers, starts Oct. 11 in upstate Clifton Park. However, the band also has some special shows set before the tour begins in earnest, including opening for Blink-182 at Mohegan Sun on Sept. 8.
