Singer Sal “The Voice” Valentinetti might be starting his own residency at The Paramount in Huntington as the venue has added a second show for the 21-year-old crooner from Bethpage who was a finalist on Season 11 of “America’s Got Talent.” His second show, featuring the music of Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin and the Rat Pack, will take place on Dec. 16.

“We were pleasantly surprised,” said Adam Ellis, The Paramount’s director of marketing, about Valentinetti’s drawing power. “He’s a Long Island guy who made it very far on a popular TV show that a lot of people saw. The music he’s singing is good for the whole family and clearly there’s a lot of interest in him out here on the Island from people who want to see him live.”

When asked if Valentinetti would become a regular on The Paramount’s schedule, Ellis said: “We would hope so, but we will have to wait and see. As long as the demand is there, we are always about supporting Long Island artists. He would be on our short list to bring back.”

Tickets ($25-$54.50) for the second show are on sale at ticketmaster.com or by calling 800-745-3000.
