The video for Lil Wayne’s single featuring Cory Gunz, “6 foot 7 foot,” premiered last night on MTV.com. The track is the first single from his album “The Carter IV,” that is slated for release later this year.
The video is inspired by the movie, “Inception,” and the rapper is in between two different worlds. The video is pretty basic with video girls, Wayne’s crew behind him in some shots and then there is Bronx rapper Cory Gunz. The lyrical content in the song is bananas and the beat is hot.
Jennifer Lopez dropped the video for her single, “On The Floor,” featuring rapper Pitbull Thursday night. The song is off of her album, “Love?,” that will be released on April 19.
The video is hot with lots of glitz and glam. The energy level is a 10 as J-Lo, who looks absolutely fabulous, goes back to her dance club roots. Does this woman age?
I don’t think J-Lo can sing, but I must say she is a great performer. She really goes hard.
R&B crooner Bruno Mars released the video for his single “Liquor Store Blues,” featuring Damian Marley Thursday on his website brunomars.com. The track is off of his album, “Doo-Wops & Hooligans.”
I heart Bruno Mars and this is one of my favorite songs on the album. The video is somewhat psychedelic with a lot of bright colors and images of the singer fading in and out. Damian Marley adds a nice Caribbean flava to the track.
