First, I must proclaim that I love Pink!!! -- and this video is one of the many reasons why.

"Raise Your Glass" is a single from her upcoming fourth album, "Greatest Hits ... So Far!!!" that will drop Nov. 16. According to MTV.com, the pop singer wrote three new songs for the album that will be a compilation of all of her hit singles. The video addresses social issues in a way that is shocking and inspiring.

The video begins with an overweight girl sitting between two cardboard cutouts of the socially acceptable "thin" image of young women. After the girl knocks down one of the cutouts, Pink begins the song dressed as Rosie the Riveter.

Pink goes from singing at a gay wedding, to being a gangsta, to being in a dairy farm where blindfolded women are being milked instead of cows. I think this is her way of stressing the importance of breast feeding. My favorite line in the chorus is, "So raise your glass if you are wrong in all the right ways," because it sounds like a rally cry for those who have been labeled outcasts simply for being themselves.

This video is pure genius and matches Pink's no-holds-barred attitude, which I have grown to love more and more over the years. This video says that there is nothing wrong with being different and that people should never apologize for being themselves. This is indeed a new anthem for the underdog.

I am raising my glass to those whom society and popular culture have branded as outcasts. Job well done, Pink.

Check out the video, and let us know if you agree.
