A note to all the ladies out there dealing with a breakup: take a cue from Selena Gomez.
There's no better revenge than looking happy and gorgeous while your ex flounders .?.?. besides maybe poking fun at him on national TV.
Gomez accessorized her sheer black mini-dress and poofed pony with a sense of humor and quick wit for her appearance on the "Late Show with David Letterman" Monday night.
"I am single," she said to Letterman when asked about the split. "I am so good," she added with a big smile.
Letterman went on to tell Gomez that he once made Bieber cry.
"Well then, that makes two of us," Gomez countered, prompting a high-five from Letterman and cheers from the crowd.
Though she looked confident, Gomez told Letterman she isn't ready to start dating yet. She celebrated the premiere of her Disney Channel movie "The Wizards Return: Alex vs. Alex" March 15 with pals.
"My date(s) for my premiere last night :)))) beyond lucky and thankful my besties came out to support!!" she tweeted, along with a photo of herself in a low-cut red gown surrounded by five friends.
