Amy Fisher, Joey Buttafuoco on TV show
Long Island will be well-represented Nov. 5 in the pay-per-view "Celebrity Fight Night" being promoted by media entrepreneur Alkiviades "Alki" David's
FilmOn.com.
The five-fight card at the nightclub Avalon Hollywood in Los Angeles includes former "Long Island Lolita" Amy Fisher, 37, who was raised in Wantagh and Bellmore and now lives in Suffolk County, vs. "Octomom" Nadya Suleman, 36.
Additionally, Fisher's husband, videographer and former New York Police Department officer Lou Bellera, 60, goes up against Joey Buttafuoco, 55, the former Massapequa auto mechanic whose wife Fisher shot in 1992.
Lindsay Lohan's father, Michael Lohan, formerly of Merrick, will box one-time O.J. Simpson buddy Kato Kaelin.
"It's fun and games," Fisher told Newsday, adding that she's not worried about getting hurt.
Buttafuoco already has, during a brawl with Bellera at a September news conference announcing the event. Bellera punched the glasses-wearing Buttafuoco, bloodying his mouth. "He was hamming it up a little bit and I was hamming it up and they wanted us to strike poses and embrace one another and he didn't want to do that," Bellera says. "And out of nowhere, for effect, he tried to push me. I didn't expect a push, so I went back a foot and automatically countered with a right cross."
West Islip-raised TV/radio host A.J. Benza will provide commentary, said a FilmOn spokesman, alongside entertainer Frank Stallone, brother of Sylvester.
