While this year’s “Dancing with the Stars” tour may be coming to the Tilles Center for the Performing Arts in Brookville on Jan. 29, as Newsday has reported, the “DWTS”-adjacent "Derek Hough: Dance for the Holidays" tour beats them to it on Nov. 4.

Tickets for the tour starring ballroom-dance icon Hough, a six-time “DWTS” champion and now part of the reality competition's judging panel, are on sale at DerekHough.com.

Accompanying the tour announcement, Hough, 39, wrote on Instagram, “What’s a Christmas show without a little Bublé magic? Thrilled to have my good friend @michaelbuble lending his velvety tones to the Dance for the Holidays TOUR!” Hough has not specified if Bublé is appearing live or recorded, and the crooner, currently a coach on the NBC singing competition “The Voice,” has not commented.

The tour, running Nov. 1 to Dec. 29, will feature dance productions set to traditional and modern-pop yuletide songs. It also includes a Nov. 18 date at New York’s Beacon Theatre.

Alaska is Off-Broadway

Drag-queen royalty goes Off-Broadway, as Alaska, winner of “RuPaul's Drag Race All Stars” season 2, headlines “Drag: The Musical,” now in previews and opening Oct. 21 at New World Stages. Nick Adams (Broadway’s “Priscilla, Queen of the Desert” and “La Cage Aux Folles”) and Joey McIntyre (New Kids On The Block) also star in the rock extravaganza about two competing drag cabarets. Tickets are available at Telecharge.

Alaska, aka Justin Andrew Honard, who also wrote the show’s book, previously had competed in “Drag Race” season 5, finishing in the top three. Other “RuPaul’s Drag Race” veterans in the cast include Jan Sport, aka Charlie Mantione, from season 12 and “All Stars” season 6, and Jujubee, aka Airline Inthyrath, from season 2 and “All Stars” seasons 1 and 5.

You might recognize the opening narrator’s voice — it’s that of Liza Minnelli, one of the producers.
