"House of Cards" returns March 4, which means the tune-in campaign begins ... oh, right about now, or Tuesday night, in the middle of the GOP debate when Netflix released this clever little tease in advance of the fourth season.

The tag is "FU 2016."

Oooh.

That's "Francis Underwood," by the way, who's running an election campaign, and he promises in this tease -- which looks like any of the thousands of campaign teases we've been snowed under over the years -- that "I'm only getting started."

Which means naturally that the fourth season will be filled with even more murderous subterfuge -- and murder.

Last time we saw Francis (Kevin Spacey), he wasn't quite in command as much as he is as seen here: Claire (Robin Wright) had just left him, presumably for good. Their marriage is on the rocks, but at least FU had a good showing in Iowa!

Oh, and Doug Stamper (Michael Kelly) -- FU consigliere and back to his own murderous ways? Remarkably, he doesn't appear in the campaign commercial.

Nor, you will note, does Frank's most valuable asset: Claire Underwood.
