JWoww seeks Nassau ruling on nude photos

"Jersey Shore" star Jenni "JWoww" Farley has asked a judge in Nassau County to bar her ex-beau from releasing nude and partially nude photos and videos of her.

In an affidavit, Farley, of Franklin Square, told the judge that her ex, Thomas Lippolis of Oyster Bay, took the images of her before and after surgery in February. The affidavit does not specify the nature of the surgery. Farley has acknowledged having had a breast enhancement procedure.

She said Lippolis was shopping her naked images in September, trying to gauge how much money he could make if he were to sell them to the tabloids. Yesterday he denied shopping the photos.

"The sale and publication of these digital images and video of me will irreparably damage me, my family and our expected reputations," Farley said in her affidavit.

Lippolis, however, said in an affidavit he filed Wednesday that he was not only Farley's boyfriend but also her manager, and claimed she owed him $350,000. He has sued her for the money.

Lippolis said Farley has not shown how she would be harmed if he made the photos public, according to the affidavit.
