'Kourtney and Khloe Take The Hamptons': Kardashians shooting new reality show on Long Island
Two Kardashian sisters are coming to the Hamptons to shoot a reality show scheduled to air this fall.
E! announced Wednesday that Kourtney and Khloé Kardashian, sisters of fellow reality-TV star Kim Kardashian, will star in "Kourtney & Khloé Take the Hamptons." Produced by the same companies as the flagship show "Keeping Up With the Kardashians," the series will star Kourtney, 34, and her longtime companion Scott Disick, as well as the recently separated Khloé, 29, who filed for divorce from Lamar Odom in December.
The series, said E!, will focus on the sisters attempting to relocate their Dash boutique from Spring Street in Manhattan's SoHo neighborhood to a location elsewhere while also trying to open a separate pop-up store -- their first -- in the Hamptons.
The network additionally said it was developing another Kardashian spinoff with no scheduled airdate. Under the working title "Dash Dolls," it follows the female employees managing the day-to-day operations of the Dash boutiques. Described by E! as a franchise and not a chain, the company, founded in 2006, now has three stores, one each in Los Angeles, Miami and New York.
Both series come from Bunim-Murray Productions and Ryan Seacrest Productions, which also produced "Kourtney & Kim Take Miami" and "Khloé & Lamar."
Separately, E! announced that "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" will return for its summer season on June 8.
An E! spokeswoman said the network would have no immediate further comment on the new shows. Bunim-Murray Productions forwarded to an outside firm Newsday questions regarding when the Hamptons series would shoot and which locales were being considered.
