Ah, the "People's Choice." You won't see any victory speeches for "Downton Abbey" on this democratically-elected awards show. Only the hoi polloi vote for these worthies -- although, seriously, I don't know of anyone who's ever voted for a "People's Choice Award," do you? The list of last night's nominees -- and winners, in bold -- is below. Congrats to Nina Dobrev . . . Nina? Well, why not Nina! And so many others. What's fun about the ol' "People's Choice" is that they do reflect genuine enthusiasm, or a very well-motivated and organized fan base that gets "Pretty Little Liars" up there on stage.
