No live-action series has ever loved Halloween as much as ABC's 1988-97 blue-collar sitcom hit "Roseanne." Midwest parents Roseanne and Dan Conner (Roseanne Barr and John Goodman) embraced the holiday's parties, costumes, decor and pranks like overgrown kids.

All eight Halloween half-hours run in order, 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Sunday on WE. The first seven air Sunday morning 6-10:12 a.m. on TV Land and noon-3:30 p.m. on Logo.

They're all on DVD, too, in the 2011 Mill Creek release "Roseanne: Tricks & Treats." (Earlier 2006 DVD "Roseanne: Halloween Edition" does not include the final-season episode with "Absolutely Fabulous" stars Jennifer Saunders and Joanna Lumley.)

More Halloween TV on DVD:

SATURDAY NIGHT LIVE: HALLOWEEN ($15, Lionsgate) includes pre-2003 sketches hosted by Wayne and Garth (Mike Myers and Dana Carvey), featuring Gilda Radner, Dan Aykroyd, Chris Farley, Chris Elliott, Rob Schneider, Adam Sandler, Al Franken and Will Ferrell.

THE PAUL LYNDE HALLOWEEN SPECIAL ($15 DVD, S'more; Amazon Instant Video) is a trippy '70s hour of strange sketches and rock-disco music, with Kiss, Donny and Marie Osmond, Tim Conway, Florence Henderson, and "Wizard of Oz" witch Margaret Hamilton in full green-face costume.
