‘Sharknado 4’ cast revealed: Ian Ziering, Tara Reid, others returning

Ian Ziering and Tara Reid will reprise their roles as Fin Shepard and April Wexler in the fourth “Sharknado” TV-movie, currently under the working title “Sharknado 4,” Syfy and production company The Asylum announced Wednesday. David Hasselhoff and Ryan Newman will return as Fin’s father and stepmother, with Cheryl Tiegs joining as Fin’s mother, Raye. Gary Busey, Tommy Davidson, Imani Hakim, Cody Linley and Masiela Lusha also join the horror-comedy franchise. Airing in July and set five years after the previous film, it follows the original 2013 cult-hit as well as “Sharknado 2: The Second One” (2014) and “Sharknado 3: Oh Hell No!” Also returning are director Anthony C. Ferrante and screenwriter Thunder Levin.
