Here's a guide to all the new and returning shows airing this summer:

June 3

"Mistresses" (ABC/7, 10 p.m.) -- Alyssa Milano, Rochelle Aytes and Yunjin Kim star as romantically entangled friends in this American version of the British soap, seen here on BBC America.

"The Fosters" (ABC Family, 9 p.m.) -- Jennifer Lopez is executive producer of this tale of two moms (Teri Polo, Sherri Saum) and their multiethnic mix of foster and biological kids.

"Graceland" (USA, 10 p.m.) -- Investigative action meets "The Real World," as undercover agents from the FBI, DEA and customs not only work together but live together. Based on "true events" by "White Collar" creator Jeff Eastin, the action stars Daniel Sunjata and Aaron Tveit.

June 8

"Sinbad" (Syfy, 9 p.m.) -- The epic sea hero flees his hometown, in this British import, amid a patchwork group of travelers.

"Primeval: New World" (Syfy, 10 p.m.) -- Spinoff series follows a team of animal experts battling mythical creatures.

"Sam & Cat" (Nickelodeon, 8 p.m.) -- Babysitting roommates are played by channel faves Jennette McCurdy ("iCarly") and Ariana Grande ("Victorious").

June 10

"King & Maxwell" (TNT, 10 p.m.) -- Tube faves Jon Tenney and Rebecca Romijn star as author David Baldacci's Secret Service agents turned private eyes.

June 11

"Twisted" (ABC Family, 9 p.m.) -- A teen with a past returns to his hometown, and a murder case follows. With Denise Richards.

June 19

"The Hustle" (Fuse, 11 p.m.) -- The channel's first scripted series is a half-hour dramedy looking inside the hip hop industry, where a fast-rising duo struggles to keep it together.

June 23

"Crossing Lines" (NBC/4, 9-11 p.m.; 10 p.m. thereafter) -- William Fichtner joins Donald Sutherland to bring international crooks to justice. International co-production set in global locales.

"Devious Maids" (Lifetime, 10 p.m.) -- Soap symbol Susan Lucci joins Ana Ortiz, Judy Reyes and other prime-timers in the latest from "Desperate Housewives" creator Marc Cherry. Following five Beverly Hills housekeepers and the rich people who employ them, it's based on the telenovela "Ellas son la Alegria del Hogar."

June 24

"Under the Dome" (CBS/2, 10 p.m.) -- Stephen King returns to his "Kingdom Hospital" network with another limited series, adapting his novel about a town that inexplicably finds itself sealed off from the world. Among the cast: Mike Vogel ("Pan Am"), Rachelle Lefevre ("Twilight"), Dean Norris ("Breaking Bad").

June 30

"Ray Donovan" (Showtime, 10 p.m.) -- Liev Schreiber is "L.A.'s best professional fixer" for the rich and famous, as created by "Southland" producers and "Sopranos" directors. With Jon Voight.

July 1

"Siberia" (NBC) -- It's about contestants who realize their far-flung reality show has been overtaken by something else altogether. But it's scripted.

July 10

"Camp" (NBC) -- Rachel Griffiths stars as the owner of a kids-and-parents resort.

"The Bridge" (FX) -- Police detectives in El Paso and Juarez work across the border to stop a serial killer. Diane Kruger and Demian Bichir star in "Cold Case" creator's adaptation of a Danish-Swedish show.

July 20

"Debbie Macomber's Cedar Cove" (Hallmark) -- Building on the channel's sentimental TV movies is this first original scripted series. Andie MacDowell stars as a small-town judge, with Dylan Neal as the local newspaper's new editor.

July 27

"Animation Domination High-Def" (Fox) -- Saturday late-night gets a new block of alt-animation shows.

Aug. 7

"Broadchurch" (BBC America) -- David Tennant stars in this British import of seaside murder investigation.

Aug. 10

"The White Queen" (Starz) -- Philippa Gregory novels of 15th century royal intrigue become a limited series with Max Irons, Rebecca Ferguson, James Frain and Janet McTeer.

Aug. 11

"Low Winter Sun" (AMC) -- Cops and criminals intersect when a Detroit detective is killed by a colleague in this adaptation of a British miniseries, here starring Mark Strong and Lennie James.

Sunday

"The Killing" (AMC, 8-10 p.m.; 9 p.m. thereafter) -- Yes, the Rosie Larsen case is (finally) solved. But Mireille Enos' character heads back into action with Joel Kinnaman's after a new series of murders. Season 3 adds Peter Sarsgaard as a death row inmate.

Monday

"Teen Wolf" (MTV, 10 p.m.) -- Season 3 begins four months on, when Tyler Posey's title character starts his junior year of high school -- as deadly Alpha werewolves hit town.

June 6

"Burn Notice" (USA, 9 p.m.) -- The "burned spy" saga airs its 100th episode June 13, as this new Season 7 concludes the series.

June 7

"Continuum" (Syfy, 10 p.m.) -- Rachel Nichols' future cop from 2077 keeps battling current-day terrorism in Season 2.

June 9

"Falling Skies" (TNT, 9-11 p.m.; 10 p.m. thereafter) -- Noah Wyle's survivors have formed a New United States in Season 3, as well as an alliance with a group of rebel skitters. But there's a new race of aliens on the map.

June 10

"Switched at Birth" (ABC Family, 8 p.m.) -- Season 2 resumes by taking over concluded "Teenager's" linchpin time slot, where it further explores the lives of the title's two girls, one deaf, one not, and their blended families.

"Major Crimes" (TNT, 9 p.m.) -- Mary McDonnell's procedural spinoff of "The Closer" launches Season 2. Tom Berenger recurs as her captain's estranged husband, a court-appointed attorney.

June 11

"Pretty Little Liars" (ABC Family, 8 p.m.) -- What's in the trunk? That and other answers are revealed in Season 4 of the teen shocker.

June 12

"Royal Pains" (USA, 9 p.m.) -- It's hot again in the Hamptons for Season 5. Hank (Mark Feuerstein) feels recuperated, but soon faces challenges with Boris's estate and the local hospital. Now on hand: Ben Shenkman and Francis Conroy.

"Necessary Roughness" (USA, 10 p.m.) -- Callie Thorne's New York sports psychologist enters Season 3 with enticing new employment offers. John Stamos and David Anders join the cast.

"Sullivan & Son" (TBS, 10 p.m.) -- Standup comic Steve Byrne is back at the family bar for Season 2 of multicultural farce.

June 14

"Magic City" (Starz, 9 p.m.) -- They can't keep Jeffrey Dean Morgan's '60s hotelier jailed. He's out to double down on getting the underworld out of his Miami resort, taking the fight to Castro's Havana and the Chicago mob. James Caan and Esai Morales join the cast for Season 2.

June 16

"True Blood" (HBO, 9 p.m.) -- Stephen Moyer's vampire Bill continues his bloody reincarnation with heightened powers in Season 6, the first not run by series creator Alan Ball. (Writer Mark Hudis takes over.)

June 19

"Franklin & Bash" (TNT, 9 p.m.) -- Heather Locklear is Season 3's new boss for renegade lawyers Mark-Paul Gosselaar and Breckin Meyer.

"Hot in Cleveland" (TV Land, 10 p.m.) -- Betty White and youngsters Valerie Bertinelli, Jane Leeves and Wendie Malick resume Season 4 with an episode airing live. A later outing reunites sketchcom legends Carol Burnett and Tim Conway.

"The Exes" (TV Land, 10:30 p.m.) -- Kristen Johnston starts Season 3 riding herd on divorced male roomies.

"The Soul Man" (TV Land, 11 p.m.) -- In Season 2, Cedric now concludes his ministerial comedy with a stand-up coda.

"Futurama" (Comedy Central, 10 and 10:30 p.m.) -- Matt Groening's animated spacecom launches its final season. (Or is it?)

June 20

"Wilfred" (FX, 10 and 10:30 p.m.) -- Jason Gann's human-size talking dog continues annoying Elijah Wood in the American adaptation's Season 3.

June 23

"Drop Dead Diva" (Lifetime, 9 p.m.) -- Fans' outcry got cancellation reversed! Thus it's Season 5 with the body of Brooke D'Orsay's plus-size attorney inhabited by the soul of a vacuous model. Getting resolved: that cliffhanger involving yet another (even more complicated) soul-body merger.

"Copper" (BBC America, 10 p.m.) -- Donal Logue joins Season 2 as a former Civil War general turned Tammany Hall political machine leader. Also new in 19th century New York City: Alfre Woodard, Eamonn Walker, Lee Tergesen.

June 25

"Rizzoli & Isles" (TNT, 9 p.m.) -- Angie Harmon and Sasha Alexander start investigations for Season 4.

"Perception" (TNT, 10 p.m.) -- Eric McCormack's neuroscience investigator is joined in Season 2 by Scott Wolf's ambitious prosecutor.

June 30

"Dexter" (Showtime, 9 p.m.) -- Michael C. Hall's vigilante serial killer reaches his final hours in Season 8, adding guests Charlotte Rampling, Sean Patrick Flanery, Nick Gomez and Julian Sands.

July 5

"Life's Too Short Special" (HBO) -- Ricky Gervais delivers a finale special for his mockumentary series with height-challenged actor/pal Warwick Davis.

July 13

"Being Human" (BBC America, 10 p.m.) -- The UK's original supernatural-being roomies conclude their run with Season 5.

July 14

"The Newsroom" (HBO) -- A mysterious news tip leads to a tricky story in Season 2 of Aaron Sorkin's drama with Jeff Daniels, Emily Mortimer and Sam Waterston.

July 16

"Covert Affairs" (USA, 9 p.m.) -- Piper Perabo and Christopher Gorham's espionage colleagues finally acknowledge their attraction in Season 4.

"Suits" (USA, 10 p.m.) -- Betrayals and confessions enliven Season 3 with Gabriel Macht's attorney and Patrick J. Adams' law non-graduate partner.

July 23

"Web Therapy" (Showtime, 11 p.m.) -- Lisa Kudrow delivers more online advice in her Season 3 comedy, with guests including Billy Crystal, Steve Carell, Chelsea Handler and former "Friends" co-star Matt LeBlanc.

July 28

"Unforgettable" (CBS) -- It's un-canceled! After failing to make last fall's lineup, the Queens-set procedural got a last-minute Season 2 pickup. Poppy Montgomery, Dylan Walsh and Jane Curtin return for 13 episodes.

Aug. 3

"Hell on Wheels" (AMC) -- Transcontinental railroad building enters its third year in Season 3 of this "eastern" western, moving to Saturdays.

Aug. 11

"Breaking Bad" (AMC) -- The second half of Season 5 brings the show to a close, as Bryan Cranston's drug kingpin finally seems to be in the sight of Dean Norris' law-enforcing brother-in-law.

Sept. 3

"Luther" (BBC America) -- Idris Elba's acclaimed detective returns in a four-night event.
