Brooke Shields to be honored at Outstanding Mother Awards in NYC

The National Mother's Day Committee is awarding four women who balance highly successful careers with the daily demands and rewards of motherhood at the 36th annual Outstanding Mother Awards on Thursday, May 8 at The Pierre Hotel in Manhattan.

Mindy Grossman, CEO of HSN, Inc., and mistress of ceremonies, will present this year's award to:

-- Brooke Shields, actress and New York Times bestselling author

-- Norah O'Donnell, co-host of "CBS This Morning"

-- Jill Granoff, CEO, Vince

-- Mary Dillon, CEO, ULTA Beauty

Proceeds from the event will benefit Save the Children's U.S. programs, a not-for-profit organization dedicated to making positive changes in the lives of children living in poverty in the United States.
