Two tween girls from Brooklyn star in a new comedy series on Nickelodeon.

"Game Shakers" features 12-year-old Cree Cicchino and Madisyn Shipman, middle-school students who dream big and can code. Together they create a mobile game named Sky Whale, the game of the year. Babe (Cicchino) and Kenzie (Shipman) team up with rap star Double G (Kel Mitchell), his son Triple G and schoolmate Hudson to launch their own gaming company in Brooklyn. YouTube's pop culture comedians GloZell, Lasercorn and ProJared will make cameo appearances in the premiere episode.

The show, created by Dan Schneider ("iCarly," "Victorious" and "Henry Danger"), will also bring the games designed by Babe and Kenzie in the series to life. The first game to be released on Nick.com and through the Nick app will be Sky Whale, a game featured in the first episode. It will be available for free in September in the Apple, Google and Amazon app stores.

"Game Shakers" will debut on Nickelodeon on Saturday, Sept. 12 at 8:30 p.m. For more information, visit Nick.com
