Chaminade High School has always been known to have amazing academics. Just when you thought the school couldn’t get any better, Chaminade has created an advanced science building for its students that will blow your mind!

My brother, Massimo, a 10th-grader at Chaminade, will get to use the high-tech Dolan Family Science, Technology and Research Center this year. I decided to interview him about the building and its incredible features.

Here is what I found out talking to my brother about it. The center was built through the very generous donations of the entire Dolan family.

Students will get to use technology such as 3D printers, advanced incubators, digital anatomy tables and other new computerized tech found in most colleges. Massimo is most excited about the Anatomage Digital Anatomy Tables that allow students to examine the human anatomy and even perform digital surgeries.

I wanted to know if this would inspire my brother to become a science teacher or a science researcher someday.

Massimo said, “The more time I spend in the building, the more inspired I am to conduct my own experiments as a future scientist or as a future teacher.”
