Find a friend

Find a Friend is a game to play at the beginning of the school year. It is a fun way to get to know your classmates. If you are sometimes nervous about being a new kid in a class or just getting started all over again, then this is how you play the game.

Everyone gets a card that looks like a bingo card. There are a few boxes. They say things like "Find a friend with brown eyes," or "Find a friend that speaks a different language."

If you find that person, he/she puts their initials in the box. This is a great game to consider. It is also a very good way to make friends, especially if you're someone new to the school. As a class, you can design your own cards and then go around the room to find kids who have similar interests as you.
