New preschool TV show premieres Monday
Tube alert! Nickelodeon will premier a new animated preschool series at 9 a.m. Monday called “Tickety Toc,” with new episodes at 9 a.m. Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday as well. It’ll then continue to air weekdays at 9 a.m.
The half-hour television series is about twins Tommy and Tallulah and teaches kids about friendship and problem solving. Tommy and Tallulah live in the Tickety Tock clock on the wall of an old clock shop. Every hour, the twins must be ready to pop out when the clock chimes. But the rest of the time, they can play in their world inside the clock, which is also inhabited by talking rabbits, cows and chickens.
This week, Tommy and Tallulah face these challenges and more: They solve the mystery of why food is disappearing all over Tickety Town; they spill jelly on a blanket and race to get it cleaned before Chime Time; and they get trapped in an unpoppable bubble that they must escape.
At nickjr.com, kids can print Tommy and Tallulah coloring pages, play games and find out more about the show.
